Please note that all of our magnets are custom-made and personalized according to each customer’s order details. Because every item is made uniquely for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

We take great care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at novaprintedd@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly review your case and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Before placing your order, please double-check all personalization details (such as names, dates, and photos) to ensure accuracy, as we cannot modify or refund orders once production has begun.
